Evil paedophile…

I think we can assume that lowlife Ronald Whitby Cayless has been released from his ridiculously lenient sentence for raping an underage boy. 15 months for bringing trauma and long term harm to a young boy is shameful and deserves censure of the judicial process!

Is Cayless now skulking in his Wimbledon flat? Is he hoping his neighbours don’t know that this self-aggrangizing former Headmaster and Choirmaster is banned from contact with boys?

Is Cayless wandering around Wimbledon as if nothing has happened?

Or has Ronald Whitby Cayless settled in at the home of another Freemason? It is worth noting that paedophile Cayless boasted of his Masonic contacts and invulnerability. Certainly this Masonic protection secured the lowest sentence imaginable for a crime of this serious nature. Just skim the internet to compare his 15 months with the many years awarded to other paedophiles like Cayless who abused choirboys and pupils.

Lowlife Cayless propelled this young boy into the World of adult gay sex at an age when his greatest concern should have been innocent school games and playing football with his friends….

We have just been emailed by one of the young female teachers sexually abused and harassed by a male teacher at Holy Trinity, Swiss Cottage, who late went on to be Deputy and Headmaster at St. Paul’s School, Primrose Hill. This male teacher was preferred and protected by paedophile Cayless as he had joined the Freemasons. We will pass the information to the Met. As the Met is swamped by Freemasons we shall see if anything happens…..?

Another boy dragged from his dorm at School Journey Centre in Kent has contacted us!

It is alleged: In the early 1970’s Ronald Whitby Cayless dragged a young boy of 11yo from his shared dorm at a Kent School Journey Centre, dragged the boy by his hair, and repeatedly beat the boy using a track shoe on his underpants. The boy was then groped while he lay on the grass of the playing field crying……….

The boy, now almost 50yo, alleges that he was picked on and sexually tortured by Cayless throughout the period of the school journey………

This makes two former pupils of lowlife paedophile Cayless confirm similar assaults…..

The lenient sentence received by Ronald Cayless in Northampton must be reviewed urgently!

We remain disgusted by this lenient sentence of 15 months that is very different to sentences given to other abusive headteachers in their 70’s and 80’s, some given sentences of 6 years and more!

Credible evidence that Ronald Whitby Cayless supplied vulnerable boys from his Pimlicoe School to powerful Masons has been sent to us.

We are evaluating these witness accounts and intend to pass them to the Metropolitan Police in the next few weeks. Will they do anything…….?

Ronald Whitby Cayless lives in Roskeen Court, Wimbledon. He is presently serving a sentence which many consider much too lenient. His victims, many of whom were sadistically tortured and sexually assaulted at St. Mary’s Bay in Kent, consider the 15 month sentence an insult. One victim has described how he was dragged out of a school journey dorm at night in no more than underpants and assaulted on the grass of the playing field, then viciously slippered by Cayless who was then a Deputy Headmaster of a school in Chelsea.

The assault lasted long enough for the other boys in the dorm to fear the same fate.

This boy (now in his late 40’s) has revealed the terror he suffered at the hands of Cayless to us.

Did Cayless supply young boys from his Schools in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea to fellow Freemasons?

Does this explain the protection he has received  and the spectacularly lenient sentence for child rape he received in Northampton?

Lowlife Cayless ran choirs and Schools in the Westminster area for over 60 years……..just how many of these boys did he abuse? How many did he “market” to his pals in the Freemasons?

We are told that young teachers at Schools run by Cayless were very aware of his capricious and vindictive nature. They were very aware that speaking out about his “extra lessons” for pretty blond boys would wreck their careers. Cayless made no secret of the fact that his senior membership of the Freemasons meant that none of the school inspectors (all Masons) would take action against him………

A pupil of Cayless in Chelsea alleges he was forced to strip at night, dragged into a playing field that was part of a Kent School Journey Centre, beaten and sexually assaulted.

The pupil of convicted paedophile Ronald Whitby Cayless alleges he was sexually assaulted and sadistically beaten in the early 1970’s. This allegedly happened on the premises of a School Journey Centre in Kent. The signed testimony of this former pupil will be passed to the Metropolitan Police in the near future, hopefully it will secure a new trial and a more appropriate sentence! Everyone agrees that the present sentence of 15 months is quite ridiculous and that similar offences routinely gained jail time in excess of 6 years.

‘FREEMASONS COVER-UP OF TOP CHILD ABUSE RINGS’

057_ELIAS_150

Gerard Elias QC, the leading counsel to the Waterhouse Tribunal which investigated abuse in North Wales, ‘is a freemason.’

Reportedly, top freemasons are involved in top pedophile rings.

All across the UK, child abuse has taken place in children’s homes and schools.
Reportedly, the abusers include top people in military intelligence (think of Blunt, Burgess and Oldfield), top people in the police, top judges and top people in government.

The 1997 Waterhouse Tribunal investigated pedophile rings at children’s homes in North Wales.

Reportedly, the Tribunal’s own top lawyer, Gerard Elias QC, appointed by the government, ‘is a freemason’.

A Mason-Free Zone? – Rebecca Television
How many of the barristers who took part in the Tribunal were or had been masons?

“Gerard Elias is a member of perhaps the most powerful masonic lodge in Wales, Dinas Llandaf.
“The lodge, which meets in Cardiff, is made up mainly of legal professionals and members of the Conservative party, although there are members from other political groups.“Another member of the lodge, Gwilym Jones, was the Tory MP for Cardiff North between 1983 and 1997.

“He was minister of state at the Welsh Office when the Tribunal was set up…
“Gordon Anglesea was a retired North Wales Police superintendent who was accused by journalists of abusing young boys at a children’s home in North Wales.
“He won a libel action and accepted £375,000 in damages.“The judge was Sir Maurice Drake. He told the court that he was a member of an organisation to which Gordon Anglesea also belonged. He did not mention freemasonry but all of the legal teams on both sides knew which organisation he was referring to…

‘Anglesea was questioned also about his with Freemasonry,’ said the Tribunal Report, ‘because of an underlying suggestion that there had been a ‘cover-up’ in his case.’

Anglesea disclosed that he was a mason, a member of the Wrexham lodge, Pegasus lodge.

Lord Kenyon was the Grand of the North Wales Province of Freemasonry in the 1980s. He was also a member of the North Wales Police Authority. The Waterhouse Tribunal considered a comment made by Councillor Malcolm King that “there was speculation (he believed) that Lord Kenyon had asked for promotion for Gordon Anglesea.”

“This was said by Councillor King to have been based on a conversation overheard at a police function; and that the speculation was that Lord Kenyon had advocated Anglesea’s promotion ‘for the purpose of covering up the fact that his son had been involved in child abuse activities’.”

“This was alleged to have related to an incident in August 1979 when Lord Kenyon’s son, Tom, reported the theft of articles by a former Bryn Estyn resident while the two men were staying at a flat in Wrexham. The young man he accused of theft was arrested and later given three months detention.

“However, during the course of the investigation police discovered a series of indecent photographs in the flat which was owned by a man called Gary Cooke.

“Cooke was later gaoled for five years on two counts of buggery, one of indecent assault and one of taking an indecent photograph.

“Cooke claimed that, after he was arrested and charged, Tom Kenyon came over and apologised to him for what had happened and handed him a letter.

“He added that if Cooke agreed “not to say anything” he would have a word  to improve Cooke’s chances in court.

‘I’ve come to examine you’: From bogus medical examinations to punishment beatings, how paedophile Cyril Smith used his powerful public image to abuse boys

  • Among his happy hunting grounds was Knowl View, a residential school for children with learning difficulties, where he was a governor
  • Sadistic bully Smith administered beatings at Cambridge House, a boys’ hostel in the Lancashire mill town of Rochdale
  • Those who defied him were hit and smashed against walls. Boys’ teeth were knocked out and their bodies treated like playthings

The huge man, all of 29st, unlocked the door with his own key and burst into the teenager’s room.

‘Take your clothes off,’ he ordered the orphaned youngster, who was sick with the flu and had taken to his bed in the hostel instead of going to work.

‘I’ve been told you’re ill and I’ve come to examine you,’ the man declared. Yet this was no doctor, but a councillor and businessman, a respected and well-known figure in the local community.

Just like Jimmy Savile - whom he counted as a friend - Cyril Smith used his public image as a shield while manipulating his way into positions of influence over vulnerable young people he then ruthlessly abused. Above, Smith (bottom left) with children outside the House of Commons

‘He was a colossus, more than three times my size,’ the lad recalled years later, in graphic and disturbing testimony. ‘I remember his eyes watching me like a beast sizing up its prey. In the folds of fat around his neck I could see rivulets of sweat.

‘Shaking with fear, I did as I was told. He bent down and clasped me with huge hands like shovels.

Suddenly he grasped my private parts and began to squeeze. I screamed.

‘Violence flashed in his eyes. “Now, now, lad. I’ll have none of your petulance. This is for your own good. I’m checking to see if there’s anything wrong with you,” he said, as he forced his way between my thighs again.

One of the most shocking elements of his story is how the truth was known to the police and in Westminster, yet concealed from the wider public, allowing a paedophile to hide in Parliament

‘I don’t know how long it lasted, but it felt like hours.

‘When he rose there was a faint smile on his features, which twisted into a sneer as he said: “There’s nothing wrong with you, lad. You’re swinging the lead, trying to bunk off work.”

‘ “No,” I stammered. “I’ve never had a day off in my life. I’m sick.”

‘He lunged towards me and in one brutal movement threw me over his knee. Thwack, thwack, thwack.

‘His monstrous hand rained down on my bottom, smacking me until I thought I’d pass out. I cried out in pain, but that only made him hit  me harder.

‘When he finished I was trembling and whimpering as he held me down and told me: “It had to be done, lad.”

‘Above his heavy breathing I could smell his rancid body odour. With a wet sponge, he then began to stroke me, rough hands sliding over the welts he had made.

‘He was humming to himself, broken every now and then by strange squeals of pleasure. “There, there,” he kept whispering, his breath bearing down on my neck.

‘When it was over he let me slide to the floor, cleared his throat and adjusted his braces. He pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket and mopped his brow.

‘ “You’ll know better now,” he said, and made his way out.

‘The door clicked shut. For a  while the only thought I entertained was death.’

When he calmed down, the shattered youngster pulled his wits together

‘I dragged my clothes on, gathered my things into a duffle bag and ran. I spent the next night huddled in a bus shelter,’ he said.

‘That winter of 1963 was the coldest in 200 years. But that was nothing compared to the chill left in me for the rest of my life.’

The sadistic bully who administered this beating at Cambridge House, a boys’ hostel in the Lancashire mill town of Rochdale — and in the process tainted this bright young man’s life — was Cyril Smith.

Smith posed as a tireless worker for children - at one point he was governor of 29 local schools and set up a youth charity, Rochdale Childer - using it all as a cover to prowl from classroom to classroom and youth club to youth club

Smith posed as a tireless worker for children – at one point he was governor of 29 local schools and set up a youth charity, Rochdale Childer – using it all as a cover to prowl from classroom to classroom and youth club to youth club

In 1963, he was already an enormously powerful local figure, a political godfather with fingers  in many pies.

Known as Mr Rochdale, he later became the town’s mayor, then its Liberal MP, and for 20 years strutted the national stage.

At Westminster, on television and in the media, Smith was a big man in every sense.

He was one of the most popular faces in politics, using his oversized appearance, humour and  in-your‑face northern bluffness to stand out in a world of grey, indistinguishable politicians.

But just like Jimmy Savile — whom he counted as a friend — Smith used his public image as a shield while manipulating his way into positions of influence over vulnerable young people he then ruthlessly abused.

And, like Savile, he deployed his professional success, powerful personality and highly placed contacts to ensure he was never held to account. It was only after his death in 2010 at the age of 82 that men like that victim from Cambridge House felt safe to speak out.

Yet Cyril Smith’s dark side has always been talked about in Rochdale — and the whispers echoed through British politics.

One of the most shocking elements of his story is how the truth was known to the police and in Westminster, yet concealed from the wider public, allowing a paedophile to hide in Parliament.

When I first arrived in Rochdale as its prospective Labour candidate in 2007, I, too, was taken in by him. It was 15 years since he’d stood down as MP but he continued to cast a spell over the town.

Case studies

I’d be woken at 2am by people asking for urgent help on a problem. When I pointed out it was the middle of the night, I’d be told: ‘Cyril would always help us whatever time it was.’

A working-class boy made good, he oozed supreme confidence and had a common touch that broke down barriers, shuffling around Rochdale market in carpet slippers to buy a bag of tripe.

Although he was officially ‘retired’ from politics, he still sat in an armchair on street corners, smiling like some saintly monk while people queued to hear his homilies. Councillors couldn’t get elected without his backing.

At first, I respected him for his homespun politics, his spit-and-sawdust grit and his passion. But in time, the scales fell from my eyes and I was confronted with absolute horror. Once you looked beyond the jolly clown playing for the camera, there was a sickening, dark heart.

‘He’d grope all the boys as he gave out awards’

I saw it in police files that had been hidden for years and I heard it in the desperate voices of grown men Cyril had abused as boys.

As soon as the first victim approached me, there was no turning back. Every email, every phone call, every meeting uncovered more about his double life.

And the more I found out, the more I came to realise that this wasn’t just about abuse, it was about power — and a cover-up that reached from Rochdale all the way to the very top of the Establishment.

Smith posed as a tireless worker for children — at one point he was governor of 29 local schools and set up a youth charity, Rochdale Childer — using it all as a cover to prowl from classroom to classroom and youth club to youth club.

His happiest hunting grounds were Cambridge House, a hostel for ‘working boys’ he helped set up with other politicians, and Knowl View, a residential school for children with learning difficulties, where he was a governor and had his own set of keys, coming and going at will.

To sit before the men he abused there and listen to them recount their ordeals is an experience no one can prepare for. There is anger, confusion and a deep sense of shame as they recall violence, spanking and groping that will never be erased from their memories.

Sir Cyril was installed as governor at Knowl View (pictured) in 1992. Police say 13 of his alleged victims - at both Cambridge House and Knowl View - have now come forward

Sir Cyril was installed as governor at Knowl View (pictured) in 1992. Police say 13 of his alleged victims – at both Cambridge House and Knowl View – have now come forward

Smith would carry out bogus medical examinations as an excuse to fondle them, or beat them as supposed punishment for breaking the rules — then ‘comfort’ them afterwards.

Those who defied him were hit and smashed against walls. Boys’ teeth were knocked out and their bodies treated like playthings.

Other details of Cyril’s abuse filtered through to me almost casually. The cleaner in my office mentioned in passing how he once played for a football team as a teenager and Smith presented the awards every year.

‘He’d grope all the boys as he was presenting their medals,’ I was told. ‘We complained to the coach, but he said we’d have to put up with it because Cyril was the sponsor and paid for the do.’

I listened, horrified. It was presented as just another everyday story of Cyril abusing boys — as if everyone knew.

I began to wonder how many other public figures over the years had received calls and letters about Cyril and not acted on them. I imagine there were a few.

‘I cried out but it only made him hit me harder’

Certainly, when I started to ask questions after getting elected, a fellow Labour MP approached me and told me to leave Cyril alone. ‘Don’t attack him, steer clear of him,’ he said. ‘It’s not worth it.’

It wasn’t just the words that irritated me, it was the look that followed. It more or less said: ‘Play the game, this is how it works, and if you want to join our club then obey our rules.’

One of the most troubling whispers that repeatedly reached me was that Cyril had been protected by MI5. But, initially at least, no one was prepared to go on the record about it.

A former Labour MP I approached started to talk but went silent after a few sentences. ‘No good will come of this,’ he said nervously. ‘It’s best left.’ And then he shut the door on me.

A former police officer I tracked down to his pub in Cheshire went white when I mentioned Cyril’s name. ‘I can’t talk about that time,’ he said, and again the door was closed.

It was hard not to conclude that powerful forces were still at work to protect Smith’s name. But the voices of the victims could not be silenced, and in the autumn of 2012, in Parliament, I named Cyril as an abuser.

After I spoke publicly, more stories flooded in, and not just from victims.

Many — as I will describe in detail in the coming days of this series — were from police officers saying Smith’s crimes were widely known to them but their superiors refused to act.

I was told of officers who found child pornography in the boot of Smith’s car, only for a mysterious call from London to tell them not to charge him.

It's now known that on three separate occasions files were passed by Lancashire Police to the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Crown Prosecution Service containing details of Smith's abuse. Yet on each occasion no prosecution was pursued. It is as though Cyril was untouchable

It’s now known that on three separate occasions files were passed by Lancashire Police to the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Crown Prosecution Service containing details of Smith’s abuse. Yet on each occasion no prosecution was pursued. It is as though Cyril was untouchable

I was told how Smith’s case was used during police training on child abuse, with one instructor admitting there had been 144 complaints against him. Mysteriously, when this became known to her superiors, the instructor was silenced and moved to another job.

I was told how Smith was repeatedly detained for acts of gross indecency in toilets in St James’s Park, London, only for orders to discontinue inquiries in each case.

And I was told how, when other inquiries were completed and revealed compelling and disturbing evidence that Smith was a serial paedophile, they were ignored.

It’s now known that on three separate occasions files were passed by Lancashire Police to the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Crown Prosecution Service containing details of Smith’s abuse. Yet on each occasion no prosecution was pursued. It is as though Cyril was untouchable.

On one now notorious occasion, files of evidence on Smith held by Special Branch were removed by MI5 officers from the safe at police headquarters in Preston and taken to London. They were never seen again. This was just one of several cover-ups which I will reveal in detail later in this series.

Some will no doubt argue that things have changed. The cover-up of Cyril’s abuse was a long time ago. The values of the Seventies are a lot different to the standards expected in public life today. People wouldn’t stand for that now. Awareness of child abuse has improved tenfold. No one would tolerate this kind of behaviour among colleagues, surely?

I would like to believe this view, but all the signs I’ve seen suggest it’s not the case.
Cyril wasn’t the only abuser in Rochdale, and he was influential enough to ensure that other abusers were allowed to hang on to his coat-tails and carry on, undetected by the authorities.

The problem that the town has to face up to, I believe, is that paedophile gangs have been operating there for years.

A leaked report to the local health authority, by a council HIV prevention officer named Phil Shepherd, warned that men from as far away as Sheffield travelled to Rochdale to abuse boys at Knowl View School.

I will tell the full, horrifying story behind this report, and how it became public, later in this series.

But it instantly invites the questions: Who was organising this? Who knew what was happening? Who chose to remain silent?

A number of police officers have told me that Cyril was just the tip of the iceberg and, unfortunately, I expect more stories of his abuse to emerge.

I think in time we’ll hear that there were more abusers in Parliament, more terrible cover-ups.

And it won’t be just one political party that’s guilty of harbouring abusers.

Mainstream News – A Call For Those Investigating Child Abuse to Declare Whether They are Masons

edited November 2012 in Anything Goes

The masons were mentioned on Channel 4 News last night.  It didn’t make it onto the Channel 4 website, despite several clips from the news programme being made available –http://www.channel4.com/news/i-can-still-hear-the-children-screaming-crying – but this is what was said:

Bill Brereton, former Deputy Chief Constable, North Wales Police (2000-04):

“I think it’s very important that right up front everyone is required to declare whether they have been or currently are a mason.  Section 81 of the Waterhouse report touches on that very fleetingly.  It may or may not be a problem but let’s have it out in the open and make sure that people know what’s going on.

Wimbledon paedophile lives in Roskeen Court.

15 months for paedophile Ronald Whitby Cayless is a ridiculously lenient sentence…..

The articles listed below all cover offences similar to those of Ronald Whitby Cayless of Roskeen Court, Wimbledon, they all include long statements by the police about the predatory nature of the offender…..in the case of Freemason Cayless no such statements are made by Northampton Police. The fact that Cayless was Headmaster of St. Peter’s in Eaton Square at the time of the offences is not mentioned….quite a contrast with the lengthy details given concerning the paedophiles listed below.

Compare the sentences listed below with the shamefully lenient sentence of 15 months given to paedophile Cayless:

Ex-teacher Lloyd Dennis jailed for abusing two boys

A former primary school teacher has been jailed for 15 years for sexually assaulting two boys.

Lloyd Dennis, from Eastleigh, admitted 12 sexual offences against the boys who were not his pupils.

He also pleaded guilty to seven charges relating to indecent images of children and one count of extreme pornography.

Dennis, 33, was described at Southampton Crown Court by Judge Peter Henry as posing “a high risk to young children”.

The Sopwith Road resident taught at Bishop’s Waltham Junior School and Cadland Primary in the New Forest.

Judge Henry said: “I accept that there is no suggestion here that you have sexually abused young pupils but nonetheless it’s deeply troubling that you should obtain such a position.”

The offences occurred between September 2013 and November 2014.

A paedophile teacher who was jailed for the historic sex abuse of three boys may have abused more victims, police have said.

David Dutoit, 58, attacked two 16-year-old boys between 1998 to 2003. He attacked one of the boys at his flat, police said.

He also abused an 18-year-old boy who he met through a computer skills course for unemployed people.

Dutoit took the boy to a pub in central London and bought him several drinks, Blackfriars Crown Court heard.

They had arranged to stay in separate rooms at a nearby bed and breakfast but the victim awoke to find Dutoit sexually assaulting him.

After the incidents were eventually reported to police this year, he was charged with multiple sex offences.

Dutoit, of Heylyn Square, Bow, was jailed for six years after admitting gross indecency with a child, indecent assault on a child, sexual assault and possession of indecent images of children.

Police believe he may have had other victims while he taught teenagers in the boroughs of Hackney and Tower Hamlets between 2005 and 2014.

Detective Constable Klementina Balint of the Met’s Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command who led the investigation, appealed for any other victims to come forward.

She said: “David Dutoit is a serial sexual offender who took advantage of vulnerable young males and abused them.

“Given what we know about his offending history, it is highly likely that he may have tried to sexually abuse other people. If you are a victim of Dutoit’s, or have any information which could assist further investigations into his activities, please contact the police.

She continued: “The victims’ of Dutoit that we know about put their faith in the police to investigate their claims thoroughly; we have done that and I hope they feel some form of justice has been served.

“I also hope it will give any other victims the confidence to contact police and report the abuse they have suffered.”

Former Aldro School teacher jailed for 20 years after sexually abusing four pupils

John Clark, 79, was found guilty of dozens of sexual offences on Thursday after a trial at Guildford Crown before being sent down for 20 years on Friday

Surrey Police
John Clark has been sentenced to 20 years in jail after sexually abusing four pupils

A former music teacher who “insidiously weaved” his way into four pupils’ lives has been jailed for 20 years after being found guilty of more than 20 sexual offences.

John Clark, 79, was on Thursday (October 29) found unanimously guilty of 24 counts of indecent assault and another of buggery at Aldro School in Shackleford between 1975 and 1981.

Clark, now of Thames Drive in Melton Mowbray, was sentenced at Guildford Crown Courton Friday (October 30) after failing to attend his conviction on Thursday on account of ill-health.

Addressing Clark, Judge Stephen Climie said: “The harm caused by your behaviour – it is severe psychological harm at the most extreme level.

“The four boys were particularly vulnerable, not just because of their ages, but also taking into account their personal circumstances being boarders in the school, which had a strong regimented aspect where the teachers were trusted and the child complied.”

He added: “You became obsessed with your own sexual gratification. You took opportunity after opportunity to abuse these boys.”

Clark is currently undergoing treatment for prostate cancer, and had an operation in February due to having colon cancer also. He will turn 80 on November 16.

Giving evidence on October 16, one of the victims, who aged from eight to 13, told the court Clark abused him “several times a week for a couple of years”.

‘Abhorrent behaviour’

Commenting on the sentencing, Detective Constable Michael Chalk from Surrey Police said: “Today’s result demonstrates the depravity and severity of the abuse which Clark metered out to his victims.

“He used his position of authority and trust to groom the children who were pupils at the school where he taught. His victims included choristers, musicians and literary students.

“He duped them and their parents into believing he was a safe and reliable mentor, when in fact he was insidiously weaving his way into their lives before sexually abusing them.

“He would encourage the youngsters’ enthusiasm for music and on some occasions invited them to his family home or away on trips.

“He would became part of their lives, even visiting a pupil during the Christmas holidays to lure him away to further satisfy his abhorrent behaviour – he clearly had his own separate agenda and did not waiver from this over many years.

“I hope today’s sentencing will give closure and go some way in helping his victims move on with their lives.”

DC Chalk said the “harrowing trial” forced Clark’s victims to hear their abuser claim the offending was caused by another teacher at the school, who has since died.

“They are to be commended for their courage and fortitude in coming forward and pursuing this prosecution after many years,” said the officer.

“This has been a lengthy investigation which has been bravely supported by the victims and I would encourage any victim to come forward to Surrey Police and report any similar incidents.

“Surrey Police treats all allegations of sexual abuse, whether recent or non-recent, extremely seriously.

“Our priority is victim care and people need to feel confident that if they come forward and report an offence, we can help. We have a dedicated investigation team for such crime and the dedicated unit works to obtain best evidence.

“We also work closely with our partner agencies including the NHS with whom Surrey Police has a Sexual Assault Referral Centre.”

Ex-Ealing teacher jailed for sexually abusing boys under the age of 16

Roger Wakely, who was a teacher at Ealing Grammar School, would ask victims to come to his office to discuss coursework before assaulting them

Ex-Ealing teacher Roger Wakely

An ex- Ealing teacher and retired vicar has been jailed for 13 years following a string of sexual assaults against four victims.

Roger Wakely, of Exeter, Devon, was jailed on Friday (November 13) at Guildford Crown Court, according to Met police .

He was found guilty of 27 counts of non-recent sexual assault offences against four victims between the 1960s and 1980s.

The 73-year-old was convicted of 25 counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16, and two counts of attempted buggery on a boy under the age of 16.

Wakely was a teacher at Ealing Grammar School between 1964 and 1972.

A court heard how he targeted two victims there by asking them to come to his office on the pretext of discussing coursework.

The assaults took place at both the school and his home address.

One of the cases at the school was investigated by the Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command of the Met police.

Wakely was subsequently charged and convicted of 18 sexual offences against the victim, who was under 16 years at the time.

Detective Constable Sara McDowell of Surrey Police, who led the investigation, said: “Today’s (November 13) conviction is the result of a lengthy and complex investigation, which involved working with the Metropolitan Police and Leicestershire Police in order to bring Wakely to justice.

“Wakely’s predatory behaviour came to light after one of his victims had the courage to come forward and speak out about the abuse he had suffered.

“This in turn led us to identify further victims, who had all been targeted by Wakely while he was in a position of trust, which he repeatedly abused.

“I would like to commend the bravery of all four victims in giving evidence and can only hope that today’s conviction will provide some sort of closure for them.”

Six of the offences took place in Sunbury-on-Thames in Surrey, with the other offences taking place in London and Leicester.

Surrey Police launched an investigation in December 2013 after one of the victims came forward and reported that he had been sexually abused by Wakely.

The victim said the abuse happened between 1978 and 1981 while he was at a pupil at the Bishop Wand Church of England School in Sunbury-on-Thames.

Wakely was also convicted of a sexual assault against a fourth victim while he was a vicar in the parish of Gaulby in Leicestershire.

He was arrested in connection with the Surrey offences in February 2014 and charged in September 2014.

40 years on… pervert teacher is jailed for abusing pupils at Leeds school

12:23Thursday 29 October 2015
A FORMER teacher has been jailed for sexually abusing boys while working at a school for vulnerable boys with behavioural problems.

Seymour Stephenson-Dall, 73, was sentenced to two years, eight months after admitting to indecently assaulting two boys when he was a housemaster at Eastmoor Approved School in the early 1970s.

Leeds Crown Court heard Stephenson-Dall was aged in his early thirties at the time he abused the boys who were aged between 15 and 17 at the time.

Richard Wright, QC, prosecuting, told the court Stephenson-Dall abused the trust that had been placed in him to care for the youngsters.

Many of the boys were sent to live at the school, which was based in Adel, Leeds, under court orders and he had a level of responsibility similar to being a parent.

The court heard Stephenson-Dall invited one of the victims to his private living quarters and got him drunk on whisky before subjecting him to sexual abuse.

Mr Wright said: “He was scared of the defendant and did what he was told.”

After his arrest Stephenson-Dall admitted inviting the boys to his flat on several occasions before sexually abusing them.
He also confessed to sexually abusing a number of other victims but they did not make complaints against him.

Stephenson-Dall, of Ash Terrace, Bingley, pleaded guilty to four offences of indecent assault against two boys. One of the victims is now dead.

The court heard the charges only represented a sample of his offending and he had abused boys on a wider scale.

Tim Capstick, mitigating, said his client had accepted his guilt soon after being arrested.
He said: “While these are serious offences, he has done what he can to acknowledge his wrong doing.”

Mr Capstick added: “He is a very different man, I submit, to the person who committed these offences.”

Jailing Stephenson-Dall, Judge Neil Clark said: “All children are vulnerable, but by the very nature of this school it is clear that the children there had problems and were particularly vulnerable.

“It also follows that because they were residents at that school, you had a degree of power or control over them that exceeded that of a teacher at a normal school.

“You were almost like a parent.”
After the case, Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Superintendent Jon Morgan said: “Stephenson-Dall abused his position of trust to exploit vulnerable children for his own sexual gratification.

“We hope the fact he has now had to answer for his crimes will go some way towards helping the victims to deal with the trauma he has caused them.

“This case again highlights that the passage of time is no barrier to justice and it should not deter victims from coming forward and reporting offences.

“We treat any reports of offences of this nature very seriously and will support victims and do all we can to see the offenders brought to justice.”

A RETIRED teacher who was jailed for grooming and sexually abusing young boys at a private school has been sentenced for further offences.

Christopher Jarvis, 72, who tempted youngsters at the now-defunct St Peter’s Preparatory School in Seaford with chocolate before assaulting them in his room was sent to prison for eight years in December 2013.
Last week he appeared at Lewes Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to six more offences against other boys at the same school
Two offences were against one boy and four were against the other boy.

He was sentenced to four years imprisonment for two of the offences, to be served concurrently to his existing sentence, and to 21 months for the remaining four counts, also to be served simultaneously.

This means he will not serve any extra time in addition to his original eight-year sentence.

At the 2013 sentencing, Judge Guy Anthony described his actions as a “gross breach of trust” and told how his victims had struggled with “life-long problems”.

He said: “Sadly it shows that there were two sides to your character and sadly it’s the darker side that brings you here today.”

Jarvis, of Dukes Drive, Eastbourne, taught at the school – whose alumni include Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and Falklands hero Colonel Herbert Jones – between 1962 and 1980.

Jarvis targeted ten boys aged ten to 14 up until 1976 before joining Bede’s Prep School, in Eastbourne, in 1982.

He remained at the exclusive independent school until allegations about his conduct at St Peter’s came to light in October 2012.

A spokeswoman for Bede’s previously told The Argus he was suspended immediately and shortly after his employment was terminated.

She added there was no suggestion of wrongdoing at the school.
St Peter’s Preparatory School closed in 1982.

The two new victims came forward during 2014 and 2015 respectively, having learned from media coverage about Jarvis’s eight year sentence.

‘Sadistic’ 91-year-old ex-teacher becomes oldest person to be jailed for first time

A court heard sex attacker Marcus Marcussen had forced boys to use a swimming pool while naked and had abused others at a youth club and in a shower block

Jailed: Marcus Marcussen remained apparently unmoved in the dock

A 91-year-old former teacher has become the oldest person to be sent to prison for the first time – for a string of sadistic sex attacks on 14 boys.

Marcus Marcussen remained apparently unmoved in the dock as a judge said the offences, committed between 1957 and 1978, had been “tinged with sadism”.

Marcussen, who has no previous convictions, was jailed at Birmingham Crown Courtfor nine years for the abuse carried out over three decades.

The retired PE teacher and youth club volunteer, from Rochford, near Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, was convicted of 25 counts of indecent assault earlier this week after a three-week trial.

Sick: The retired PE teacher was convicted of 25 counts of indecent assault

Marcussen had denied committing the offences against pupils at Ilmington Road comprehensive school in Weoley Castle, reports the Birmingham Mail.

Sentencing Marcussen, who made notes of his sentences on each of the 25 counts, Judge Nicholas Webb told the sex offender: “You retain an acute intelligence and although you are physically frail, 40 or 50 years ago I am sure you were a formidable presence in the classroom.

“Standards of discipline were different then – corporal punishment was allowed – but your regime was tinged with sadism towards pupils.”

Pointing out that at least one victim had since attempted suicide, while another was caned by a headmaster after making a complaint of sexual abuse, the judge told Marcussen: “Every one of the witnesses remembered you and your deeds.

“Some have come to terms with their experiences better than others.

“However, all of the men who gave evidence, some now in their sixties and one or two in their seventies, have been affected for the worse by their experiences literally at your hands.”

Terror: At least one of Marcussen’s victims had since attempted suicide

Condemning Marcussen for creating an atmosphere of fear sufficient to quell all but the most assertive of boys, Judge Webb added the victims had been “in effect groomed” while being being subject to frequent, and sometimes weekly, offending.

Detectives arrested Marcussen, who used a whale bone to strike and intimidate pupils, after a victim reported the historical abuse in 2012.

It then emerged the teacher had forced boys to use a swimming pool while naked, and had abused others at a youth club and in a shower block.

Opening the case at the beginning of the trial, prosecutor Sarah Buckingham said the defendant “hid behind a veneer of respectability” created by his work in the community with disadvantaged boys.

Miss Buckingham told the court the first victim to contact police did so after receiving psychiatric support following a mental breakdown.

Another former Ilmington Road pupil then came forward to complain of being indecently assaulted in the 1970s.

Marcussen was then charged with indecent assault and indecency offences and subsequent media coverage led to the remaining victims coming forward.

During her opening address, Miss Buckingham asked jurors to bear in mind that society was “very different” in the 1950s, 60s and 70s, with little chance of complaints by children being taken seriously.

Defence counsel Sharon Bailey told the court that “at the age of 91 he will be the oldest person to be sent to custody for the first time”.

She said: “Any custodial sentence passed on Mr Marcussen is going to weigh far more heavily on him because of his age than it would on any other defendant.”

A FORMER teacher who had convictions for indecent assault has been jailed for more than nine years for sexually abusing a boy from the age of 12.

Judge David Hale described David Fearnley’s crimes as ‘a classic case of grooming’ after targeting the vulnerable child in the late 90s.
Warrington Crown Court heard on Monday how the former The Grange Comprehensive maths and personal and social education teacher had first started touching his victim by pretending to tickle him and when he realised his actions would not trigger a complaint he became more explicit.
Fearnley, aged 61, of Lime Avenue, Weaverham, would abuse the boy downstairs at his former home while his wife and children were upstairs in bed.

Judge Hale added: “You have been a scout master, you knew exactly what to do to encourage a boy to look up to you and see how far you could go with that.

“With him you found someone who was vulnerable and you prayed on that vulnerability.

“You got him to a point he would do virtually anything you wanted.”
The abuse ended in 2001.

His victim was questioned by police in 2011 when they were investigating other complaints of abuse by Fearnley.

In September 2011 he was handed a three year community order for indecently assaulting a boy and girl in the 90s.

But the boy only came forward in November last year.

At the sentencing Fearnley also pleaded guilty to three further counts of indecent assault against a boy in the late 70s when he was a scout leader in Warrington.

When arrested Fearnley was also found with 20 indecent images and videos on his computer.

Now divorced Fearnley’s family were shocked by his actions.

“It seemed before the recent disclosure that he lived a life as a respectable adult to the community. His life was a lie and that has all come to the fore,” said David Toal, defending.

A FORMER acting head teacher has been sentenced to five years’ imprisonment for abusing young boys.

Joachim Casey, 48, of Wareham, sexually molested two boys, abusing one of them from the age of nine.

Casey was suspended from his post at Wareham Middle School in around September last year after the school learned he was being investigated by police.

There is no suggestion that he abused youngsters at the school.

Bournemouth Crown Court heard the previously respected, church-going teacher was confronted at school by one of the victims, who recorded the conversation on his mobile phone.

The truth began to emerge when one of the victims contacted the NSPCC and then made allegations to police, said prosecutor Clifford Grier. Another victim came forward later.

Casey was arrested and admitted to the abuse of both boys.

He pleaded guilty to nine counts of indecent assault, two counts of indecency with children, two counts of sexual activity with a child and one of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Tim Shorter, defending, said that Casey was extremely remorseful for the abuse and has said that he “hates himself”.

He wrote to one victim saying: “I am so sorry for abusing you both.”

Casey had been considered to be of excellent character “in every aspect of life” said Mr Shorter but added: “Underneath that was this appalling record of abuse of two children from a young age.”

Judge Samuel Wiggs placed Casey on the sex offenders register for life and made him the subject of a sexual offences prevention order barring him from contact with young people.

“I do regard that as necessary to prevent serious sexual harm to members of the public. I take into account your good character and excellent working record as a teacher,” he added.

Speaking afterwards, DS Nigel Cullis of the child protection unit at Weymouth, said: “I want to express my thanks for the support and courage demonstrated by Casey’s victims and for the confidence they have shown in coming forward and reporting these horrendous crimes.”

There was “no evidence at all” that Casey abused any youngsters at the school he added. Anyone with concerns should contact Dorset Police or Dorset children’s services.

Iain Clark, headteacher at Wareham Middle School said in a statement: “The safety, well-being and education of our pupils is paramount. As soon as we were aware of the allegations, Mr Casey was suspended. He also handed in his resignation, so has not been an employee of the school since the end of October last year. We informed parents that a member of staff had been suspended and worked closely with the police and Dorset County Council’s safeguarding teams throughout their investigations.”

Former teacher Richard Alston from Bury St Edmunds guilty of molesting 11-year-old boy

Ex-teacher convicted of abusing child

Ex-teacher convicted of abusing child

A former remedial school teacher from Suffolk and long-term partner of one of the founders of the Paedophile Information Exchange has been found guilty of molesting an 11-year-old boy, it can be revealed.

Richard AlstonRichard Alston

Richard Alston, 70, of Vinery Road, Bury St Edmunds, met the victim while working at Cavendish School for “maladjusted boys” in Greenford, Middlesex, in the late 1970s.

Together with his partner, Peter Righton, Alston forced the youngster to watch pornography and then perform sex acts on him.

It was the investigation into Righton, who was convicted of importing child pornography in 1992, that led to MP Tom Watson using parliamentary privilege in 2012 to allege that there was “clear intelligence” of a VIP child sex abuse ring.

Righton was also a founding member of the Paedophile Information Exchange – a notorious group set up in the 1970s that campaigned to lower the age of consent.

Peter RightonPeter Righton

He and Alston were together for 40 years and lived in Thornham Magna after Righton’s conviction.

Although Alston denied indecently assaulting the schoolboy, while giving evidence he conceded it was “possible” his lover may have done.

Giving evidence, Alston explained that he realised he was gay as a young adult, and met Righton – 19 years his senior – when he was just 16 years old.

Despite being cleared of a number of offences, he was convicted of incidents that took place when Righton was present and a participant.

A jury at Southwark Crown Court in London cleared Alston of molesting the youngster on school grounds and during a camping trip when he was alleged to have crept into his tent after “story time”.

The verdicts were reached last week, but can only be reported now for legal reasons.

Alston, who was in a position of trust as a teacher, was found guilty of one count of indecent assault and one count of indecency with a child, showed no emotion as he was convicted.

Jurors found that he and Righton groomed the schoolboy after he began visiting them at their flat, plying him with alcohol and buying him gifts such as cigarettes and toys.

On one occasion Righton – who died in 2007 – gave the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, a pair of silk swimming trunks, which he asked him to “parade” in front of himself and Alston.

Alston was found to have made the schoolboy watch pornographic films and then ask him to perform sex acts on him and Righton.

The court heard that their friend Charles Napier – now a convicted paedophile – would also be present for some of these viewings.

Alston was cleared of four counts of indecent assault and two counts of indecency with a child. The jury was unable to reach verdicts on one count each of the same offences.

The verdicts can now be reported after the CPS took the decision in private not to pursue a retrial on the outstanding charges.

In January 1979 in Aberdeen, Scotland, he was admonished – the equivalent of a caution in English law – after admitting one count of lewd, indecent, libidinous practices, namely placing his hand on a boy’s thigh in the cinema.

Alston is due to be sentenced on September 28.

Last December, Napier, was jailed for 13 years for carrying out hundreds of sexual assaults on young boys.

He was convicted of conducting a “campaign of abuse” at the school where he worked in the late 1960s and early 1970s, grooming and assaulting 21 victims aged as young as eight on scores of occasions.

Former Wheatley Park assistant headteacher Roger Kerr jailed for sex abuse

Saturday 6 December 2014 / News

A FORMER teacher at an Oxfordshire school who preyed on teenage boys has been jailed for seven years.

Roger Kerr was convicted of “lewd acts” with three boys, including indecently assaulting two of them while massaging them at his home after they played squash. In another incident, the then-assistant headteacher at Wheatley Park School kissed a teenage boy who he said he thought was gay.

As Kerr was jailed, one of his victims – who is in his 20s – said having to relive the trauma for the trial at Aylesbury Crown Court had been highly stressful.

Kerr, 52, who now lives in Surbiton, Surrey, and runs a tree surgery business, carried out the assaults between 1999 and 2002.

Jailing him at Aylesbury Crown Court on Thursday, Judge Kristina Montgomery said the boys and their families were “utterly and totally betrayed” by him.

One of the boys, who was 17 at the time and is now in his 20s, said it had been highly stressful to relive the trauma in front of strangers during Kerr’s trial.

He said: “I was accused of being homophobic, of low to average intelligence, of being immature, a colluder and a liar.”

Kerr had indecently assaulted the teenager after playing squash with him. He bought him alcohol and then offered to massage his back. It was during this massage that Kerr touched the boy sexually.

Kerr, of Surbiton Park Hill, stared straight ahead throughout the hearing and showed no emotion when sentenced. He worked at the school from September 1989 to September 2002 and was described a “highly respected and highly valued” teacher there.

He had also been in charge of geography and continuing education.

However the court heard he had “thrown away his talent”.

Judge Montgomery said of his victims: “Each of them speaks of the long-lasting effect of your behaviour towards them and how easily they might not have achieved that which they have done.”
Kerr was jailed for three years for both of the indecent assaults where he massaged the boys and 12 months for the incident where he kissed a boy.

He will be placed on the sex offenders’ register for life and was given a Sexual Offenders’ Prevention Order for 10 years.

Current headteacher at Wheatley Park School Kate Curtis said: “We are extremely vigilant about the safety of young people in our care, and we did everything we could to contribute to this investigation.”

Oxfordshire County Council cabinet member for education Melinda Tilley said she was shocked by the assaults.

She said: “My reaction is the same as anyone else in these cases, and he is where he belongs.

“I think children at Oxfordshire schools are, in general, safe, and most schools take safeguarding children very seriously.”

Former teacher jailed for abuse at Cheshire school

Thursday, November 6th, 2014 4:17pm

A former teacher at a private school in Holmes Chapel’s been jailed for abusing boys he taught in the 1970s.

Keith Cavendish-Coulson pleaded guilty to 42 counts of indecent assault, and has been sentenced to 6 years and 9 months behind bars.

Police investigating sexual abuse at Terra Nova School in the 1970s arrested Cavendish-Coulson in August 2013. The 71-year-old had previously worked at the school teaching French during the 1970s.

As the investigation progressed and the number of victims that came forward to report sexual abuse increased the investigation focused upon Cavendish-Coulson′s employment – both as a public school teacher at establishments across the country and a private tutor over the course of his working life.

The investigation by a dedicated team of officers from Cheshire Constabulary′s Major Investigation Team was complex and lengthy with a large volume of evidential material painstakingly sifted through and links to potential victims and witnesses followed up.

As new information came to light, Cavendish-Coulson was re-arrested twice − once in December 2013 when he was subsequently charged with further offences − and, again, in July 2014.

As the case unfolded it became clear that the 25 victims in this case had been subjected to regular abuse by Cavendish-Coulson either at the school or at their home if they were being privately tutored. These incidents took place between 1973-1975.

Jailing him, Judge Roger Dutton said: “It is a sad reflection on the attitudes of that time that even when complaints were made by parents no proper action was taken to investigate these grave allegations. That amounted to a shameful and abject failure to deal with serious sexual abuse upon boys.

“One cannot help but conclude that the reputation of the school meant more to those in authority than the exposure of wholesale sexual abuse by a member of staff on their premises.

“It is quite obvious that the impact of the defendant’s behaviour has had a profound effect on them all.”

Click below to hear from DI Steve Beddows, who led the investigation…

Martin Hallam, chairman of governors at Terra Nova School said: “These offences are abhorrent and deplorable, especially by a teacher on young and trusting children. Our first thoughts are with the victims, who will have lived with this dreadful experience for their entire adult lives.

“We very much hope that the conviction of this man will enable them to begin a process of closing a very long and distressing chapter in their lives.

“I would like to make a full, sincere and heartfelt apology to each and every one of the victims for the fact that these offences were committed by a teacher at the school.

“Terra Nova School takes child protection extremely seriously and operates a clear safeguarding policy. The welfare and education of children at the school is our highest priority.

“The school would in no way condone the ‘covering up’ of any allegations or behaviour that could risk a child’s welfare. Policies on safeguarding are very different these days and much more robust and effective against this type of offence.

“We welcome the recent changes in legislation brought in by Keeping Children Safe in Education 2014 that makes it the responsibility of all adults involved with young people to report and act on suspected cases of abuse.

“We are very clear that it is the right of every child to feel safe, happy and secure at school and we take very seriously the trust placed in us by the children and their parents. We are rightly proud of the practical and rigorous steps taken on a daily basis to help ensure that such behaviour cannot be repeated in this day and age.”

Former Teacher Jailed For School Trip Assaults On Young Boys

Friday 16th May 2014

A former deputy headmaster at a school in west London has been jailed for indecently assaulting boys during school camping trips in the 1970s and 80s.

Anthony Roy Dowsing

Anthony Roy Dowsing admitted abusing the children from Hayes Park Junior school.

The 69 year old came to the attention of police last year after a man came forward claiming to have been assaulted as a child during a school trip approximately 35 years ago.

An investigation was immediately launched by the Metropolitan Police Service’s Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command, which led to three more victims being identified, all of whom were between 7 to 10 years of age at the time.

All five assaults had taken place on the four boys between 1976 and 1985.

Dowsing was arrested at his home on 9 April 2013. During a search officers found a large quantity of indecent images of children on his computer.

He has been sentenced to four years in prison. He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.

Officers believe it is possible that there may be more victims out there and are urging them to make contact.

Detective Constable Kate McDuff said: “This is a historical case going back nearly forty years, where Dowsing used his position of trust as a deputy head teacher to abuse vulnerable children over a nine year period.

“We commend the actions of all four brave victims who have come forward to report Dowsing’s sickening actions. We take all allegations of child abuse and sexual assault extremely seriously regardless of how long ago the offences took place.

“Dowsing is known to have worked with a number of children’s clubs and charities in the London area and there may be further victims of his abuse who we would urge to come forward and speak to us.”

Anyone who may have been affected by actions of Anthony Dowsing is urged to contact the Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command at Northwood police station on 020 8246 1901.

A PRIMARY school teacher from York has been jailed for the “vile and depraved” sexual abuse of a vulnerable 13-year-old boy.

Jonathan Dooling, 31, was imprisoned for three years and eight months for a string of “disgusting” offences.

Dooling, of Newborough Street in Clifton, pleaded guilty at Bradford Crown Court to 13 offences involving the boy and one of voyeurism by secretly filming naked men in a gym changing room.

Judge Jonathan Rose said he was guilty of “the lowest form of disgusting behaviour.”
“A teacher should protect the welfare of those he comes into contact with, you just caused damage,” he told grey-haired Dooling, who wore a smart suit and tie for the sentencing hearing yesterday.

The judge said: “You were a primary school teacher at the time of these offences. The oldest child leaving your school was 11. This boy was 13 – barely two years older than the children you were teaching.

“This was an appalling catalogue of disgusting and vile behaviour towards, and involving, this child.”

Dooling admitted 13 offences against the boy, including six charges of engaging in sexual activity with a child, five counts of causing a child to engage in sexual activity and two charges of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, all committed in October, 2010.

While on police bail, he filmed naked men in the changing rooms at a gym in York.

Prosecutor Matthew Bean said Dooling was arrested in March 2011 at the primary school where he worked.

His computer was later seized and webcam footage of the boy, stored by Dooling for several years, was discovered by the police.

Dooling met the boy through dating apps, Mr Bean said. The teacher had a boyfriend at the time and realised the child was only 13.

On the first webcam session, he told him: “Hey beautiful, you look amazing.”

Dooling pestered the boy to perform lewd acts in front of him and told him to expose himself. Both he and the child performed sex acts on themselves.

Mr Bean said Dooling had sex with his male partner for the boy to watch on the webcam.

Dooling also filmed partially clothed and naked men in the gym changing rooms and kept the moving images. Mr Bean said one was a married man who had suffered sleepless nights fearing the images might be distributed.

The boy’s father spoke in a statement of the family’s shock and horror when they realised he had been abused. He had been sexually exploited by a large number of men but Dooling was one of the first.

The father accused the teacher of “the callous exploitation of a vulnerable child.”

Dooling had “driven an emotional wedge” between members of the family, he said.

Dooling’s solicitor advocate, Anne-Marie Hutton, said he had lost his good character and his career was over. He felt genuine remorse and contrition.

Judge Rose ordered Dooling to sign on the sex offenders’ register and made a Sexual Offences Prevention Order banning him from working with children ever again.

Former chemistry teacher sentenced for historic sexual offences

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that a former chemistry teacher who worked at Wade Deacon Grammar School in Lancashire has been jailed after admitting sexually assaulting two pupils in the 1970s.

Michael Wilde, 66, of Drake Close, Warrington, was sentenced to two years behind bars at Chester Crown Court on Monday, September 28, after pleading guilty to five counts of indecent assault of a boy under the age of 14 at an earlier hearing.

A Cheshire police spokeswoman said that Wilde admitted assaulting two boys while he was a teacher at Wade Deacon between September 1972 and July 1974.

The spokeswoman added that officers began an investigation after the two victims came forward independently of each other last year.

Speaking after the sentencing, Detective Constable Karen Kendrick said: “I’d like to praise both victims for their bravery in coming forward after all this time and having the courage to see this through to a conviction.

“We provided them with help and support throughout, as no matter how long ago the crimes took place, it still has a devastating and lasting effect…”

Teacher jailed for sex abuse

A teacher at one of Reading’s best-known former schools who committed “abhorrent and horrendous” sex offences on boys as young as 11 has been jailed.

William Muter has been sentenced to seven-and-a-half years after admitting sexually abusing three of his male pupils at Ashmead Community School more than 30 years ago
William Muter has been sentenced to seven-and-a-half years after admitting sexually abusing three of his male pupils at Ashmead Community School more than 30 years ago

A teacher at one of Reading’s best- known former schools who committed “abhorrent and horrendous” sex offences on boys as young as 11 has been jailed.

William Muter has been sentenced to seven-and-a-half years after admitting sexually abusing three of his male pupils at Ashmead Community School more than 30 years ago during the 1970s and 1980s.

Comedy star Ricky Gervais as well as several prominent local businessmen and former Reading Police commander Dave Murray were all educated at Ashmead in the 1970s – though none was a victim of 60-year-old Muter.

Muter, who was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, was arrested at his home in Wakefield, Yorkshire, last year after one of the pupils he assaulted broke his silence and went to police because he could no longer live with the memories of what had happened to him.

Muter was well known and apparently liked by students.

He lived in Queens Road, Caversham, while he worked at Ashmead where he was head of the library, taught French and looked after the school’s audio and visual equipment.

The pupil, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told police he had been abused on a number of occasions both on school property and at Muter’s home and knew that at least one other boy had been a victim.

A police investigation revealed there were three boys who had been abused to varying degrees by the teacher who was known to pupils as Bill.

Muter first appeared before Oxford Crown Court in September last year where he pleaded guilty to four counts of gross indecency against two boys aged aged 11 to 13.

He then pleaded guilty to three counts of serious sexual assault and one count of gross indecency against another boy aged 13 or under at a hearing on Tuesday, March 8.

Almost every pupil at Ashmead School would have come into contact with Muter who used to have children help with the administration of the library.

Many of Muter’s former pupils still live around Reading and several of Ricky Gervais’s contemporaries told the Post they remember Muter well.

One said: “I find it hard to understand how someone who was such a good teacher could do something like this.

“I’m appalled and incredibly sad and angry.

“I was horrified when I realised that someone I trusted to teach me could behave in this way.

“What he has done is abhorrent and he deserves everything he gets.”

Muter repeatedly locked one of the boys in an audiovisual equipment store where he had sex with him.

He also took the same boy to his home and even had sex with him while his ex-wife was in the garden.

He made one of the other boys perform oral sex on him while sitting under his desk and tried to touch the third boy’s genitals in a cupboard and in his car after he picked him up on his way home.

The offences all took place between 1976 and 1982.

Judge Mary Mowat said: “Sentencing cases which take years to come to light is very difficult.

“Because of the nature of these offences – the abuse of young children by a person in authority – the victims felt unable to speak at the time and locked up their experiences for a large part of their lives.

“In many cases like this the victims become overwhelmed by memories and flashbacks.

“The offences can blight them in their older lives.”

Judge Mowat heard how Muter had been convicted in the 1980s for four counts of indecent assault on males aged 16 or over and served 18 months in jail and that.

Since then he has not offended and no longer works in schools.

Muter was sentenced in front of members of his extended family and had tears in his eyes as he was led away.

‘Modern’ school heralded

When Ashmead Community School opened as a boys school in Northumberland Avenue, Whitley, in 1952, it was heralded as one of the most modern schools in the UK.

It was popular throughout the 1960s and 1970s and started to develop a more relaxed atmosphere where pupils were able to refer to their teachers by first name.

The school became well known for sports and attracted pupils from all over Reading who were keen to use its facilities which included a long jump pit and a large field.

By the 1980s it started to take girls but was becoming dilapidated and went into special measures in 1998 shortly before changing its name to Thamesbridge College and was adopted by the Reading Evening Post as it fought to stay open.

Thamesbridge College improved and stayed open for several years but was demolished in 2007 and replaced by the John Madejski Academy which now stands in its place.

Did Cayless supply young boys from his Schools to fellow Freemasons?

Paedophile teacher jailed for historic sex abuse of three boys

116

PAFormer PE teacher Marcus Marcussen outside Birmingham Crown Court

PAMarcus Marcussen

BBC Local Live: Northamptonshire for Friday 17 July 2015 … www.bbc.co.uk/…/uk-england-northamptonshire-334… Traduire cette page 17 juil. 2015 – Northampton Crown Court heard how Ronald Cayless, from Arteberry … Cayless, who was working as a music teacher at the time of the attacks …

At the time of the child rape of this young boy in Northampton paedophile Cayless was Headmaster of a Church of England School in Westminster!

It was St. Peters School in Eaton Square!

It is not clear from the trial reports if Cayless transported this young boy to Northampton from London for sex?

It is not clear if this young boy was a pupil at a School run by Cayless?

The Toxic atmosphere at Holy Trinity School 1974 to 1980:   It has been confirmed to us that a young female teacher at Holy Trinity School, Swiss Cottage, was harassed and sexually intimidated by a “sex pest” who went on in 1980 to become Deputy and eventually Headmaster of St. Paul’s, Elsworthy Road near Primrose Hill. These assaults were dismissed by Cayless because the “sex pest” had joined Cayless in Freemasonry.

The names of the victim and culprit have been given to us and will be passed to the Metropolitan Police. The victim left  Holy Trinity School with a nervous breakdown and her career prospects were destroyed.

At this moment we will not post anymore information about the informant, the victim or the now retired culprit. The culprit  dominated St.Paul’s, Elsworthy Road, with sadistic behaviour which was dressed up as “good discipline” in all the retirement speeches and articles.

Suffice it to say that many children at St. Paul’s School, Elsworthy Road, feared and loathed this “sex pest” that Cayless had preferred and promoted while he was Headmaster of Holy Trinity School in Swiss Cottage.

The sex pest found a Deputy Head position with another Freemason crony of Cayless called Price who was Headmaster at St.Paul’s, Elsworthy Road, Primrose Hill.

Our informant also has said that she expressed concerns about the behaviour of Cayless giving “after hours” extra tuition to pretty blond boys with the office door shut. Other teachers warned her that Cayless was vengeful and would find reasons to drive her out of the School if she made too much of a fuss. Somehow Cayless heard about her complaints and he made sure that conditions were worsened for her to the point that she was close to a nervous breakdown and very depressed.

Cayless basked in being a Freemason and made it clear that this gave him a powerful position in making or breaking careers.

Cayless drove out his first Deputy Head at Holy Trinity School in Swiss Cottage because she was highly critical of his penchant for pretty boys. She was was replaced by another female Deputy who was obsessed with her rise in the teaching profession and prepared to look the other way. She later became a Headteacher in Buckinghamshire.

The Cayless “can of worms” has been opened because of his conviction for raping an underage boy in Northampton. However, we have never seen the conviction of a former Headmaster so carefully veiled by the police and media before. We ascribe this protection to his Masonic links and that police in Northampton are beyond doubt Freemasons……

Has Cayless been stripped of his membership of the Freemasons?

Chelsea…….the happy hunting ground of lowlife paedophile Ronald Whitby Cayless for over 50 years.

A man who exploited young boys in his Schools and Choirs without remorse.

A man who was triumphalist about his influential Masonic connections and protection………

…………….our enquiries into various highly-placed paedophiles associated with Cayless were blocked by powerful forces…………….publicity concerning the sick activities of Cayless has been all but silenced…….

Did Cayless supply boys from his Schools and Choirs to the powerful of Westminster……?

  • Freemasonry attracts people who like power. Paedophilia is a form of power.
  • Paedophilia forms part of the structure of freemasonry. Maybe only in the higher degrees.
  • Paedophilia is a shared secret adding to all the other masonic secrets, strengthening their bond.
  • Paedophiles join the freemasons to get protection from the police and from the law.
  • The hocus pocus and charades that make up freemasonry engender an attitude that encourages paedophilia.

Which brings us nicely to to alleged freemason paedophilia within Westminster, both historic and current. Obviously, such is the power of freemasons, they could have suppressed the knowledge of this for all time and some would say that they nearly did. It has come to light mainly because of the online investigative news website Exaro News and because of the insistence and diligence of the MP Simon Danczuk. Our mainstream media have been reluctant at best to tell us what they must know. As things stand 141 MPs have asked for an inquiry into matters. Obviously these MPs are not freemasons!

The accusations centre around industrial scale abuse of children who were in local authority care, whose safety was the responsibility of government. The locations include: Haut de la Garenne in Jersey, Kincora boys home in Northern Ireland, Bryn Estyn in North Wales, Cambridge House in Rochdale, Elm Guest House in London and many more across Britain. In many cases there have been investigations and every single time it looks like those investigations could have been sabotaged. Who has the power to do that?

Following the Cayless conviction: Obviously we need an investigation into his masonic protection, both the dreadful acts allegedly inflicted on children and the power of freemasonry within our society. It is self evidently very wrong that policemen are allowed to be freemasons, the conflict of interest is too great and can only damage law and justice in Britain. All public servants who are freemasons should have to state the fact on a register available freely to the public. And this includes politicians, local, national and EU.

London police investigated over claims it protected paedophile ring … The biggest problem used to be the old boy network, the Masonic …

Today we were contacted by a man who has direct experience of the criminality of Ronald Whitby Cayless when a Deputy Headmaster in Chelsea.

As a young boy of 10-11yo he was dragged out of a school journey dorm into an open outside space and “slippered” on his underpants in the cold of the night. This happened most nights for a week. The slipper in question was a hard track shoe of some kind and caused much bruising. This terrible experience has lasted in the victim’s memory for nearly fifty years. He also remembers being groped by convicted paedophile Cayless in the classroom even although other pupils were present. He was too embarassed to say anything to anyone at the time.

We have also been contacted by a man who was in a choir organised by convicted paedophile Cayless in Kensington some 50 years ago who alleges that Cayless encouraged him as a boy of 11yo to sodomise another boy of the same age………..

And yet, no media coverage of the conviction of Ronald Whitby Cayless in any of the areas where he ran choirs or was a Deputy Headmaster or Headmaster.

There should be coverage of this paedophile in: Wimbledon; Chelsea; Kensington; Pimlicoe; Belgravia; Swiss Cottage; Highgate; Hampstead; Maida Vale; St. Johns Wood; Chalk Farm; Camden Town and Primrose Hill.

Chelsea, Kensington, Pimlicoe, Victoria, Westminster, Knightsbridge, Hampstead and Wimbledon…..all happy “hunting grounds” for convicted paedophile Ron Cayless. He was a Deputy Headmaster and a Headmaster in all these areas, and had a long history of “organising” choirs composed of very pretty boys in all these areas………….

However, it seems that every local newspaper in these areas has avoided reporting that this serial and manipulative paedophile was arrested, charged, convicted and jailed…………….why?

The only reports of the trial were circulated in Northampton………..why?

I suspect that the Masons have deliberately muted reports of the conviction of their high profile “Grand Organist.” It is astonishing that even the Police in Northampton have made no public self-congratulatory statement about the conviction of John Cayless for abusing an underage boy……………..why?

There has been no statement from the Church of England that their appointed Headmaster (1980 – 1992) at the flagship St. Peter’s School in Eaton Square has been jailed for abusing a young boy in Northampton while he was leading this School…………why?

No statement from the present Headteacher of  St Peter’s Eaton Square

Ronald Whitby Cayless convicted paedophile.

by Ariela Goldstein-Mayer journalist.
The most intriguing element of this conviction of Ronald Whitby Cayless for what is in effect child rape is that no mention is made by the BBC journalists, Press journalists or the Northampton Police that these sickening offences took place while paedophile Cayless was Headmaster of the prestigious St. Peter’s CE Junior School in Eaton Square 1980 to 1992. In fact, all that is said is that Ron Cayless was a “music teacher.” There is also no mention that paedophile Ron Cayless was Headmaster of Holy Trinity School in Hampstead 1974 to 1980.
It would seem to me that there has been an attempt at “damage limitation” on behalf of Ron Cayless, and an attempt to leave other victims of this ruthless character ignorant of his prosecution and conviction. This is truly bizarre because in all other cases I have studied the Police have gleefully released details of the abuser’s previous Headships and employment with children! My conclusion is that paedophile Cayless has been afforded protection by his Masonic connections and I will give details on these later in this article. Similarly no mention is made by the BBC, Press or Police that he organised numerous choirs with very young boys over a period of 60 years. Why isn’t the NSPCC involved in tracking down other victims?
The next issue I find intriguing is that his 15 month sentence is hopelessly lenient in comparison with other abusers and child rapists like Chris Denning. The victim gave details of the psychological damage done by these offences and yet 15 months is considered an adequate sentence! Why?
Throughout his period as Headmaster of Holy Trinity and St. Peter’s School paedophile Ron Cayless was quite triumphalist about his Masonic connections and influence. I understand this was also the case when he was Deputy Head of a school in Chelsea.
Ron Cayless, I am told, made it clear that he had the power to make and break teaching careers when he was Headmaster of these two schools and as a consequence teachers and ancillary staff were very wary of raising suspicions about the “extra tuition” Cayless afforded to certain pupils. I am told that these pupils were invariably pretty or handsome boys. I have also been informed that one of his “extra tuition” boys committed suicide while in India doing charitable work. The suicide was hushed up and covered by excuses concerning ill-health!
During the time at Holy Trinity School in Hampstead paedophile Cayless preferred and promoted an unbridled sex pest who sexually assaulted young female teachers in the school and even told his class about his own exploits with prostitutes at the age of 13. This sex pest teacher also attempted to seduce a pupil at the neighbouring South Hampstead High School. One particular female teacher was so bullied and intimidated by this sex pest that she suffered a severe mental breakdown and was forced to resign from Holy Trinity School. She received no support from Ron Cayless. This sex pest openly joined the Masons while at Holy Trinity and was preferred by Cayless to another School in Hampstead as Deputy Head. The Head of St.Paul’s Elsworthy Road, at this time, was another Masonic associate of Ron Cayless from his teaching employment in Chelsea and seems to have been delighted to appoint this sex pest to his staff. Later this very same sex pest became Head of St.Paul’s Elsworthy Road and had a reputation for sadistic behaviour and extreme cruelty. His particular interest was young girls rather than boys. You would not know about this “dark side” if you read the glowing testimonials on the retirement of this sex pest.
It is clear tha paedophile Ron Cayless used “music” as a cover for some vile offences and that powerful connections have done much to mute publicity about his conviction for what is in effect child rape. In all the reports of the conviction at Northampton even the address of Cayless in Wimbledon is mispelled.
The most astonishing issue is that Cayless has been ordered to not come into contact with boys under 18yo but this conviction barely appears on internet search engines and other victims will only discover that Cayless has been judged and convicted by chance. The internet is however awash with notices concerning former choirs and church choirs organised by Cayless. It seems to me that all the alarm bells about this ruthless child abuser have been buried deep……………..

Ariela Goldstein-Mayer.

Below is an example of the links enjoyed by paedophile Ron Cayless. We can assume that a fair number are Masons and we can assume that a number used their influence to obtain the unduly lenient sentence for Ron Cayless.

Did Cayless supply boys from his Schools and Choirs to the powerful of Westminster……?

Church of England Primary School or Westminster City Council……..why?
